Monitor hot work areas for fire risk. Nights and weekends common. Reliable people only — if you don't show, workers can't work.

Background Check Required

Front desk and lobby services for residential and commercial buildings. Professional presentation required.

Manage keys and access control on construction sites. Detail-oriented, reliable, Monday–Friday.

WHMIS — Working at Heights an asset

Rough cleans, final pre-occupancy detail cleans, debris haul-out, and post-construction cleanup on active GTA sites. Steady work, real hours. Physical role — show up ready to work.

WHMIS + Working at Heights Required

Run a cleanup crew through rough and final cleans to occupancy deadlines. Coordinate equipment, quality-check against turnover standards, and sign off the site. Cleaning experience and leadership required.

WHMIS — Valid right to work

Clear, shovel, salt, and de-ice sidewalks, entrances, and walkways on GTA sites and managed properties. Early-morning and overnight call-outs during snow events. Reliable people who answer the phone when it snows — steady winter hours.

WHMIS + G Licence an asset

Lead a winter maintenance crew through snow events. Coordinate routes and call-outs, document service with GPS and photos, manage salt/de-icer supply, and confirm every property is cleared to standard. Equipment operation experience an asset.
